About your stay • Maximum occupancy: No more than the number of guests at the time of booking. • Parties and events: This villa provides a calm space, so parties and loud music are prohibited. • Shooting and commercial use: If you would like to use the space for commercial shooting or events, please consult with us in advance. • No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 2. Handling of luxury furniture and interior design The villa has many luxury furniture and art pieces that are worth well over 10 million yen each. Please strictly observe the following: • Do not move furniture or fixtures: Please use them in their original placement.
