In summer, the terrace invites you to relax. In winter, the underfloor heating and the wood-burning stove ensure coziness. Wood is available free of charge. The space The KaSa is dreamily located at the confluence of Grenzbach and Fichtelnaab on the Fichtelnaab cycle path. Around it garden and meadows with barbecue and table tennis houses. The surroundings invite you to cycle, hike, fish or literally linger in and observe nature – let yourself be seduced by our sheep or beaver and bat! Our 1912 hydroelectric power plant supplies the entire property with electricity.
