Welcome to our lovely home in the heart of Kenfig Hill, South Wales. Our little village is a great place to stay for exploring our beautiful Welsh coast line, we are 5 miles from the popular seaside town of Porthcawl & Rest Bay. Aberavon is 20 mins away, with Swansea & Cardiff 30 min drives away. Our home is just 5 mins from the M4. The local area is a beauty spot with plenty of walks, pubs and cycle routes to enjoy on our doorstep as well as historical sites & parks to spend hours exploring! The space • open plan kitchen/dining area • utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer • spacious lounge living area with log burner • double bedroom with a double bed and memory foam mattress • master bathroom for guest use (large bath tub hand held shower, although guests can utilise hosts en suite shower) • shared garden access and easily accessible public field & farm adjoining back garden from house •workout space in the garage including a Peloton bike which guests can access (cleats size 9-10 for men and size 5 for women, otherwise bring your own) A spacious, well maintained house which we want you make your own for the duration of your stay! Guest access We will greet you upon arrival which can be arranged upon booking confirmation Guests can enjoy free parking on the driveway. During your stay We want guests to relax and enjoy their stay as if it were their own home - we would be delighted to meet and get to know our guests but are equally happy to respect guests privacy throughout their stay. We would be happy to provide recommendations of local amenities such as pubs, restaurants and things to do in the area if guests wish. Other things to note If you’re bringing your dog/s to stay with you then we kindly ask you pick up after your pet. We request that no dog blankets or towels are put in the tumble dryer, but guests are welcome to utilise our portable dog shower to clean mucky paws!
