Comfortable, cozy and spacious apartment in the exclusive marina of Pasito Blanco, where you can enjoy the best climate, tranquility and privacy that this unique corner of Gran Canaria offers you. Here you will find a home in which we have put all our love and effort so that you feel at home and enjoy large private terraces where you can sunbathe, cool off, share a table or simply rest. We will assist you personally, we are not intermediaries. The space Two-story bungalow, consisting of a large living room-kitchen with toilet, laundry room and 45 m2 of terraces on the lower floor. Upper floor consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom and 6 m2 balcony. Our family's vacation home for 25 years, which we recently renovated to share this warm and peaceful home with our guests. The open spaces of this bungalow are especially spacious and, fortunately, given its location, very discreet. Something truly special about this house is its location, allowing you to enjoy a sunny front terrace (east) in the morning and a rear garden (west) that fills with sun from midday. The bedrooms face east, so they will be cooler at night. As you can see in the photos, we have always taken care to keep the house in the best condition, with comfortable furniture, ample kitchen utensils, drinking water filter, quality crockery and cutlery, bed and bath linens in perfect condition, linens adapted to each season, very comfortable beds, carefully designed lighting, comfortable and complete terrace and garden furniture, and, of course, taking care of the small details that we would also want for ourselves. Guest access The 125 m2 of the house are available to guests. Three steps from the door, there is a nice community pool that you can freely enjoy. Other things to note For stays of more than 6 nights, an optional cleaning service is offered at an additional cost of 60 euros.
