El Nogal de Gredos House

Welcome to our cozy home, located in a privileged setting surrounded by water, rivers and mountains. El Nogal de Gredos is the perfect place to enjoy a few days of rest, calm, and tranquility. It offers the exclusivity of a traffic-free street, few homes, and a breathtaking view of the high mountain landscape. It is an ideal place to enjoy with family, friends, or as a couple, and perfect for working remotely. You can park on the road next to the house. The space The Nogal de Gredos has two floors. The house is accessed through the covered porch, ideal place to be in the morning when it is not very cold in winter. After the porch we enter the living-dining room that has an extendable 4 seater table for 6 people, a 2m long sofa bed, a reading armchair, two puffs and four folding stools that you can take outside or use them inside. In the living room, the 32 "television, wifi connection (both for calls and for data) and on the TV furniture you have reading books. After this space are the kitchen and the toilet. On the first floor you will find a large distributor, with a desk table, which separates the two bedrooms and the bathroom and in turn allows direct access to the 9m square terrace. There, we have a loveseat, two sun loungers, folding chairs, a small table, and a folding double-leaf table in case you want to have lunch or dinner there. Guest access The house has a washer-dryer and a microwave oven, both with instruction manuals, a ceramic stovetop, a kettle, a juicer, two coffee makers (drip and Italian), a toaster, a hair dryer, a small basic first aid kit, and smoke detectors. The house does not need air conditioning in the summer due to its location in the mountains. For winter, we have excellent heating. As a courtesy we offer gel and shampoo, coffee, herbal teas and sugar if you arrive tired after the trip. Other things to note We allow a maximum of two dogs.
