The space CASA BELLAVISTA BETLEM The idyllic village of Betlem is located in the northeast of Mallorca and forms the end of the Bay of Alcudia. In Betlem, an extensive nature reserve (Parc Natural de Llevant) begins. The road ends here, so there is no through traffic in Betlem. Above Betlem and directly above the Bellavista lies the Serra de Llevant mountain range with our local mountain Son Morell (Puig d'en Moreel, the highest peak of the Serra de Llevant) and the legendary Puig de Ferrutx a few kilometers away. This creates a setting that is unparalleled: majestic mountain views on one side and heavenly sea views on the other, and without tourist hustle and bustle, quite unique in Mallorca. Betlem is located 4 km from the coastal village of Colonia de Sant Pere with restaurants, grocery stores, beach promenade and small marina. This original part of Mallorca is ideal for those who love the sea, tranquility and nature. Betlem invites you to hike, cycle, swim, stand-up paddle or snorkel. A visit to the charming medieval town of Artà and the castle ruins of Capdepera are beautiful excursion opportunities. Can Picafort and the pretty town of Pollença with the legendary Carrer del Calvari can be easily reached by car. If you go to Palma, you can already discover a lot on the way (even just about an hour), and then the highlights of the island capital. If you make a stopover in Petra, Sineu, Inca, Binisallem or another beautiful place on the way to Palma and get stuck there, you won't do anything wrong. Palma will still have its treasures ready for you tomorrow. Directly in Betlem there are swimming opportunities and the small dream beach "Mirador de Na Clara" (see the section Discovery Tours). There are also other small bathing spots between Betlem and Colonia de San Pedro. Casa Bellavista is located on a hillside almost at the top of the mountain with magnificent panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia. Almost all rooms have sea views and the associated roof terrace (60 sqm) offers panoramic sea views over the entire bay of Alcudia. The air-conditioned rooms of the house are spread over about 200 m2. In the living room with magnificent sea views, fireplace and satellite TV, you can look forward to a relaxing time after days at the beach or hiking. From the living room, you can reach the furnished spacious roof terrace via a staircase upstairs with plenty of space to unwind. Highlights of the roof terrace with "stunning view" are the large dining table for up to 8-10 people, the designer outdoor sofas, the sun loungers and last but not least the panoramic view outdoor shower. A large rope tension awning provides shade if desired. From the living room you can reach the dining room area with space for up to 8 people and magnificent sea views. The one bedroom (No. 3) has 2 single beds (which can be put together to make a double bed 160 cm), satellite TV and garden views of the lemons. From the second bedroom (no. 1) with double bed (180 cm lying surface) and satellite TV, there is a window to the front garden and an additional balcony with sea view. But that's not all: Also in the second, cozy living/dining room, also with a fireplace and large TV, you can look forward to a relaxing time after days at the beach or hiking. From this living/dining room you can reach the furnished terrace, also with sea views and space for 4 people to relax. The second modern fitted kitchen on this floor is well equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. From bedroom no. 2 with double bed (180 cm lying surface) and TV, there is a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower. A bathroom with shower is right next to bedroom no. 4 on this floor, with 2 single beds (which can be put together to make a double bed 160 cm) and TV. There are two utility rooms, each with a washing machine and a dryer. The underfloor heating, hot water and cooling of the house are provided by energy-efficient, modern heat pumps (Vaillant and Daikin) - for great comfort, but also as ecologically as possible. A photovoltaic system further reduces the ecological footprint of your vacation. What does that mean for your reservation: Currently, the construction of pool and terrace is completed in the garden below the house. We expect the pool and terrace to be usable from the end of April 2026. Until then, there will still be some work to be done. Often you will notice little, sometimes the work also rest for a few days.
