Inside the retreat you will immediately notice the high quality of finish, attention to detail and tasteful furnishing throughout. This is evident in the bedroom, where the king-size bed has been dressed with fine, white linens and thick, generous towelling. Beyond the bedroom, the open-plan living area remains light and airy throughout the day, and provides access to a three acre garden via large french doors. Here you can also enjoy the feature wood burning stove and large Smart television, or simply take in a good book accompanied by the abundant local wildlife that frequents the mature garden and pond. Outside, dining furniture is provided on the private patio and includes seating for four people, ideal for al fresco dining in fine weather. Further into the garden, additional benches are provided and guests are encouraged to make use of this shared space. Please be aware, there is a fenced pond within the garden. To the front of the property, off-road parking for one car is provided. Additional Information: One small well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Please indicate the breed of dog when prompted on the booking form. The cottage is situated on the owners' property and two cats are free to roam the gardens. Infants under two are welcome. Sitting area With a sofa and wood burning stove, a Smart television with direct access to the garden via french doors. Bedroom With a 5' king-size double bed, side tables and hanging space. Shower room With a shower, wash basin and WC and heated towel rail. Outside: Steps into the garden. Outdoor dining furniture for two. There is a small pond within the garden. Designated off-road parking for one car. The extended three acre garden is shared with the owners.
