The villa includes a spacious living room with two sofa beds. This light-filled room is ideal for spending time together and relaxing. From here there is direct access to the large terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped for those who enjoy cooking. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, and oven . There are also dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, a microwave and other kitchen essentials. There is also a washing machine. The villa's charm extends to the two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms also has a single sofa bed. The accommodation includes the necessary bed linen and towels for each guest. Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, a hairdryer and an iron are also included. The villa's bathroom features a bathtub and hand-held shower combination, with hot water! Outdoor entertaining is a pleasant feature of the stay. The house's garden is well-furnished for guests to enjoy the outdoors. Spend your day in the garden by the pool or, if you prefer, head to the nearby beach, a five-minute walk away. It's just 120 meters to the private bay of Alonaki beach and from the Alonaki Bay tavern, famous for its beauty and flavors. The region of Halikounas offers visitors a peaceful, idyllic experience 25km southwest of the bustling, ancient town of Corfu. The sandy beach with crystal-clear water extends for 3km and is considered one of the Greek islands' most beautiful coastal spots. This is a peaceful alternative to the busier areas of Corfu. A sense of idyllic calm comes over visitors as if making its way across the sand dunes down to the sparkling crystal-clear waters. Halikouna Beach is simultaneously quiet and ideal for sailing and sports activities. Kite surfing lessons are also offered for adventure lovers! A road separates the beach from the famous Lake Korission, one of the area's main attractions and a nature preserve, home to numerous endangered bird species. The lake is nestled amid rolling hills with verdant olive groves, citrus orchards, and beautiful vineyards. Ancient, legendary walking paths traverse the area with views of the lake's deep green next to the crystal-clear blue sea. Public review from our 1st guest of 2025 A hidden gem in paradise – The perfect secluded getaway We had the most relaxing stay at this secluded cottage nestled in the lush green surroundings of Alonaki Bay, Halikounas. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely immersed in nature. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities you could need, from a well-equipped kitchen to a refreshing outdoor pool that became our daily retreat. Despite our rather late arrival at 9pm, our wonderful host Katrin went above and beyond, offering to meet us nearby and personally guide us to the property. Given the secluded location, this gesture was truly appreciated and set the tone for her consistently kind and helpful communication throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble - Katrin was always available and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The location is exactly what we were looking for: peaceful, private and surrounded by nature.
