"Small and nice" apartment (30 sqm) with sun terrace The space The apartment has direct access to the sun terrace overlooking the horse paddock and our local mountain. It has a small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and a refrigerator, a cozy bedroom, and a bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub. If required, two more bedrooms can be booked in addition. Ideal for people who like to take care of themselves and enjoy their coffee on the terrace at sunrise. Current note: Due to the corona situation, the sleeping places in the apartments are limited to four or 6 people per apartment. We offer accommodation and holiday accommodation for nature lovers, singles, couples and groups from 18 years. No accommodation for children and adolescents under 18 years. There are newly renovated, individually designed single/double rooms available up to fully furnished apartments. With us, you can spend your free time relaxed and relaxing. General as an ideal starting point because it is conveniently located, but still in an absolutely quiet environment without much traffic. The Bavarian forest has a lot to offer all year round, as well as the three-way town of Passau, only 20 km away, with all its sights. We have open all year round and overnight accommodation for about 20 people in the house. As a former equestrian farm, we also offer vacation options for horse lovers with our own horse and dog. Our surrounding nature can be explored on horseback, well on foot or by bike. Another highlight is our small wellness area in the house with swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. For nature lovers, in addition to our vineyard with barbecue on request, we offer a barbecue area on the mountain for groups, also on order/request by email. For campers or motorhome enthusiasts, there are places with top views available on request by email. Hikers and cyclists, fishermen, dog lovers and horse lovers will be delighted here.
