The space The apartment is located in a small old village, which is typically laid out as an avenue street according to the Brandenburg model. Altlangsow is a tranquil, quiet place, which has no thoroughfare. The school and house of worship designed by Schinkel is known here, where art exhibitions and readings regularly take place. Shopping and doctors can be found in the nearby district town of Seelow. The former manor house, where the apartment is located, dates back to about 1870 and is located at the end of the village. Surrounded by a large garden plot, it is idyllically embedded. The apartment and the staircase have been extensively refurbished and renovated. The old elements such as stairs, doors, etc. were mixed with high-quality new materials such as oak parquet and a modern high-gloss kitchen. In this renovation, the wooden beams on the ceilings in the living room and kitchen as well as the old bricks in the bathroom and staircase were exposed.
