DenkMal Auszeit - The Big One

Welcome to Kraichgau! We have created a place where you can experience relaxation, inspiration and unforgettable moments. Whether with family, friends or as a small group – our listed farmhouse combines the charm of tradition with modern comfort and invites you to spend time together. The "Große Auszeit" can accommodate 6 people, spread over two levels. For the little ones, we are happy to provide a crib, highchair and changing mat. The space The heart of the 120 sqm, two-story apartment is the large living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining table. Here you will find space for cozy rounds with a glass of wine, stimulating conversations or creative work. A separate living room with a very special historical flair offers additional space for retreats, small meetings or creative workshops. There you will find a projector with TV and Netflix option as well as a height-adjustable desk. In addition, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. A baby cot is available upon request. There is a bathroom with shower on one floor and another toilet on the other. The bathroom is conveniently divided into two parts. While one person uses the spacious, floor-level shower or toilet, another can use the sink and huge mirror undisturbed. In the shower/toilet area there is also a mirror for more comfort. Guest access Our house consists of two apartments: the Kleine Auszeit and the Große Auszeit. The Kleine is on the ground floor, the Große extends over the two floors above. The entrance to the house is the same for both apartments. The Große Auszeit is accessible via a staircase. One of the bedrooms is on the 2nd floor, the other two on the 2nd Other things to note Please let us know about your check-in. We would love to welcome you personally. Sometimes the time does not fit, then we leave a key and then stop by your place. Note on TV: The apartment does not have a TV, but a projector with Magenta TV and Netflix. The feature "TV" is set because you can watch TV this way. So you have a whole home theater at your disposal.
