Villa Casa Veritas is located in the village Majkusi in the green interior of Istria, about 17 km from Porec and the beaches, with the nearest restaurant and shop are in Baderna, 5 km away. The villa's proximity to Porec, Novigrad, Motovun and Pazin ensures that the lively pulse of city life is never too far away. The space Villa Casa Veritas can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends. This modern, newly built vacation home has 192 m2 of living space , and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with access to the terrace, pool and garden, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with bathroom and access to the terrace, and separate toilet. On the 1st floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a wonderful panoramic view of nature. The whole house is air-conditioned and has strong Starlink internet. Youth groups under the age of 25 are not allowed. Guest access The house is located on the edge of the forest on a fenced plot of 794 m2, and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 40 m2 swimming pool, deckchairs, a well-kept lawn, a covered terrace next to the pool and 2 parking spaces. For those who prefer to spend their vacation in the not too warm months before or after the summer season, the pool can be heated on request. Other things to note Supplements that are not included in the price of accommodation and are paid on the day of arrival in cash: *The deposit is paid upon arrival at the house and amount is 500,-Eur (the deposit will be returned when leaving the accommodation facility after checking that there is no damage in the facility). *Pool heating is possible on request. *Surcharge for pool heating is 200,-Eur (weekly). *The villa is not suitable for parties, and the arrival of young groups (under 25 years old) is not allowed.
