The space The Gott Farm is a 275 year old property, one of the original properties in the village of Wayne, Maine. The Farmhouse, the Camp and the Studio have all been updated and/or modernized to accommodate today's Guests. The Gott Farm is about 8 miles from a modern Hannaford Grocery Store, a Walgreens Pharmacy, an Ace Hardware. The village of Wayne itself, about a mile away, has a gas station, a convenience store (with great pizza) and a General Store that specializes in food service and baked goods. The Androscoggin Yacht Club has a sandy beach perfect for young children to spend the day. With bathrooms and a screen porch with rocking chairs and a walk across the mill pond to Tubby's Ice Cream. Other things to note The Gott Farm requires a lease be signed in order to lease the property. A copy of the lease will be emailed to guests when they express interest in leasing the property. The lease limits the number of overnights guests to 10. The legal obligations of all parties are clearly spelled out. The house rules are a part of the lease, as Exhibit A.
