Welcome to our cozy tiny home in Texarkana, nestled within our family-owned and operated campground! This charming retreat offers all the comforts of home, featuring a full-size kitchen, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a comfy queen-size bed. Step outside and enjoy our fantastic on-site amenities, including a laundry room, vending machines, a playground, game-room horseshoe pits, community barbecues, and a large fire pit. Come experience big comfort in our tiny home! The space No Smoking Inside No Parties (Unauthorized gathering) Pet is allowed with a one-time fee Early check-in or late check-out upon request with availability Guest access Guess are welcome to utilize the communal laundry room/game room on site. There’s also a communal fire pit, horseshoe pits, and barbecue pits. That guests are welcome to utilize as well. Other things to note Although smoking is allowed outside in the designated smoking area, there is no smoking permitted inside of the residence. Smoking inside of the residence will result in a $500 cleaning fine.
