The space Nestled in the heart of the historic center of Milly-la-Forêt and its church, La Belle Époque is a charming 3-story millstone house that has been completely renovated to combine authenticity and modernity. When you arrive in the lovely town of Milly, you will have plenty of parking spaces to park around the property. Pass through the arched door and its stone wall and discover this beautiful house and its garden. The vacation can begin! You access your home by climbing a few steps that lead you to the terrace and its landscaped garden. Go through a hallway with many closets for clothes and shoes and your belongings for the day. When you enter the house, you will be charmed by its cement tile entrance that leads to a large room opening onto the garden and its terrace, where you will surely enjoy relaxing and having your meals. Its layout offers you a very pleasant and bright living room with a nice ceiling height that combines a living room and dining room around a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a 5-burner gas stovetop, a traditional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and the essential small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle... not to mention, of course, the crockery and kitchen utensils to make your meals wonderful culinary experiences. The bright dining area has 7 seats around a large table. In the living room, you will find a sofa and armchairs, as well as a flat-screen TV. The sleeping area consists, on the ground floor, of a lovely master suite with its dressing room and its private shower room with double sink. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a desk. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms. A triple bedroom with an unobstructed view of the village, with a twin bed for 2 people and a single bed. This is also where you can work remotely thanks to the furnished office area. A twin room for young and old. Each room has its own dressing area. Also on the first floor is a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. On level -1, there is a shower room. The house has 3 separate WCs on each floor. Very special attention is paid to the quality of the bedding and linens, and to the cleaning, which meets hotel standards for absolute comfort. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. Of course, La Belle Époque also has a garden and a terrace facing southeast, which are furnished with everything you need to enjoy the mild, sunny days. Finally, for your extended stays, a washing machine and dryer are reserved for you in the entrance hall. Guest access To avoid any disappointment, we specify that the accommodation has steps and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. You will have access to all open areas and their amenities. Private rooms are closed and forbidden. Your access is private and is through the main entrance door on the street side. Other things to note To confirm your reservation, you must approve the house rules and also the check-in and check-out instructions. You will stay in the house of Alison and Florian who have entrusted Nadège and her team with the task of welcoming you and organizing your stay. La Belle Époque promotes sustainable practices :) and the cocooning of its customers! Some information is necessary for the smooth running... thank you in advance for your understanding: Your welcome and the handover of the keys will take place in the premises of the Conciergerie de Nadège in Milly-la-Forêt between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. or independently after this time. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible and let us know if you are late on the day. All this allows us to welcome you in the best conditions. Before you arrive, we will send you your welcome booklet, which is full of useful information about your accommodation and advises you on good places to visit :) The inventory of the accommodation is in the welcome booklet. You will have 24 hours to report any failure or problem. You can request a cleaning service and a change of bedding and towels during your stay. The cost will be at your expense.
