Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, our minimalist aesthetic studio offers a warm and relaxing home-away-from-home experience. Conveniently located near the city center, you'll be just minutes from restaurants, cafés, and shops. The space Our studio is conveniently located near the city proper in a peaceful neighbourhood. Situated within a family compound, it provides a safe and secure environment, ensuring a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience for your stay. The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed, along with a couch that converts into a double bed to accommodate two additional guests. It includes a private washroom, a kitchenette with a dining table, and a private balcony. With its own separate entrance, you can come and go freely without disturbing anyone. As part of our ancestral home’s renovation, the studio is one of several newly built units. While we continue to enhance the property, rest assured that your stay will be undisturbed, and all essential amenities within the studio are fully prepared for a cozy and relaxing experience. Guest access Upon check-in, guests will receive a door key, which must be returned upon check-out. You'll have the entire unit to yourselves, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. For those bringing their own vehicles, up to two parking spaces are available within the secure compound. It features a private entrance allowing you to come and go freely at your convenience. Other things to note OUR RATES The base rate covers up to two guests. An additional charge applies for each extra guest beyond this limit. Children under the age of two stay free, while all other guests are included in the headcount. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to room availability. If the unit is unbooked before your arrival or after your stay, you may check in early (before 2 PM) or check out late (after 11 AM) for a minimal fee of PHP 100 per hour. Early check-in cut-off time: 7AM Late check-out cut-off time: 5PM In cases where early check-in or late check-out is not possible, we offer complimentary luggage storage for your convenience. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ACCESS Tricycles can easily reach the property, while the loading area for public utility vehicles (PUVs) is conveniently located along MacArthur National Highway, just a short 150-meter (approximately 2-minute) walk from our place. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of PHP 1,000.00 will be collected upon check-in and fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items in the unit. NO SMOKING POLICY Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the premises. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED Pets are not allowed within the premises.
