Beautiful cottage in Rülzheim

Welcome to our centrally located vacation home in Rülzheim in the heart of the Southern Palatinate! Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. In the local recreation area there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities! The space Our lovingly furnished cottage is located in the beautiful southern Palatinate. The approx. 100 sqm accommodation is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen in which there is a small seating area and a chamber is connected. The house includes an open courtyard where you can play and park, as well as a covered terrace equipped with a seating area where you can eat wonderfully. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed and a large wardrobe Bedroom 2 can be used as a double bed as well as 2 single beds…..in the room there is also a wardrobe and a dresser as well as a small chamber in which there are, among other things, toys. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, mixer and of course plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Guest access The complete living area as well as the courtyard and the terrace are available for our guests. Guests with a longer stay will have access to the house's own basement where the washing machine and dryer are located, which can be used free of charge. Other things to note Bed linen, towels, hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, coffee and detergent are available. A travel bed and a high chair are available if needed. A dog bed and a food bowl are also available. The building is located in the center of town on a street and in the adjacent building is the host's car workshop. For very noise-sensitive ears, this could be a disadvantage.
