Pool table w/ additional seating for guests. Full kitchen & coffee station with drip coffee maker, cold brew, Keurig & french press. Outdoor covered pavilion has a fireplace, fire pit area, ceiling fans and large tv as well. Bathrooms with rainfall showers. First bedroom has bunk bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed. 3rd bedroom has king size bed. TVs in all bedrooms. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings outside of the maximum registered guests. No wedding/baby showers, graduation, bachelor/bachelorette/etc gatherings. This must be strictly enforced due to plumbing restrictions. The back and side area is fenced but property is NOT fully enclosed Guest access For guest safety and hygiene, the hot tub has been drained and not available for use . The shed in the back area is restricted. There is a tent garage that is used to house several stray cats. They are fed by a wireless feeder and have water. They may show up from time to time. They are friendly but please let them be. Other things to note Please do not flush feminine products, baby wipes or paper towels. We are not connected to city sewer and the septic system cannot process. We must strictly enforce that only the registered guests may stay and a total limit of 6 guests. Absolutely no parties or guests outside of the five registered allowed.
