The space The Green Apartment, located on the second floor of a historic building in the village of Viarigi, is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and adventure. With its 80 m², this spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, offering the perfect balance between modern comfort and authenticity. Situated on the second floor, the apartment features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a large 45 m² terrace. All beds are new and equipped with high-quality, comfortable mattresses and pillows. We provide fresh and clean linen for every stay, and we pay obsessive attention to the cleanliness of each apartment to ensure impeccable comfort and hygiene for every guest. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment for exclusive use: 2 bedrooms, an open-plan living room with kitchen, a bathroom, and a large terrace. They will also have access to the Wine Bar on the ground floor during opening hours or for private events upon request, a large equipped terrace, common internal areas such as stairs, landings and the historic entrance, and to the adjacent restaurant, open to the public but easily accessible across the street. No part of the house is shared with other guests: the entire accommodation will be reserved exclusively for you. On request, we can offer dedicated spaces for group activities such as yoga, cooking classes, tastings, or guided tours. Other things to note The added value of Casa Viarigi lies in its ability to host even large groups. So if you are more than 4 people, we can evaluate the availability of one of our sofa beds to reach the maximum capacity of 6 guests in the apartment. The property is located in the historic center of Viarigi: car access is allowed for loading/unloading luggage, with free parking just a few steps away. It is distributed over multiple levels connected by internal stairs, with no elevator.
