The space Our house has two floors. Upstairs there are two separate rooms with air conditioners, built-in closets and a full bathroom. Downstairs there is a large living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, air conditioning and exit to the covered porch with tables and chairs outside. It is located next to the pools in the upper part of the complex and at the foot of the main street. PETS ARE ALLOWED, AS LONG AS WE HAVE BEEN CONSULTED AND HAVE ACCEPTED IT BEFOREHAND, SINCE IT DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF PET, WE MAY OR MAY NOT ACCEPT IT TO OUR FACILITIES. IN THESE CASES AND OUT OF RESPECT FOR FUTURE GUESTS, WHO MAY BE ALLERGIC TO PETS, A MORE EXHAUSTIVE AND SPECIFIC CLEANING IS DONE IN THE HOUSE, WHICH ENTAILS A SEPARATE EXPENSE OF 60 EUROS, TO BE PAID BY THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESERVATION AND DIRECTLY WITH THE HOST OF THE HOUSE, BEFORE ARRIVAL. Guests will be required to pay a deposit to cover any damage. This will be refunded once the condition of the accommodation has been verified. This property does NOT accommodate bachelor or similar parties. Quiet hours from 12:00:00 to 08:00:00. A damage deposit of €250 will be requested, which can be paid by Bizum. It will be returned after check-out, once the accommodation has been checked and after verifying that everything went smoothly and everything is correct according to the agreed rules. Guest access Outside the house is the pool in the upper area of the residential complex and 20 meters away is the paddle tennis court. Other things to note Please do not smoke inside the house to respect the guests who may arrive later. No matter how well we clean and disinfect the house for each guest, there is always the sensation or remains of smoking. The care, cleanliness and well-being of the house always makes you, us and the next ones always have a house in good condition and pleasant in your stay to repeat.
