Quiet, sunny family house with many activities (table tennis, foosball, basketball, trampoline, swing, barbecue, plancha). Enjoy the sports facilities also available. The group will have access to all amenities within walking distance (Coccimarket, Butcher, Bakery) Ideally located for visiting the Haras du Pin, Cabourg/Honfleur And if you're traveling with a baby, we offer a travel crib, high chair, and folding stroller. The space The house has 5 bedrooms (sleeps 14 in total), 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. The advantages of this house are its calm and its south-facing view of the fields, a real haven of peace. The layout of the house makes it possible to separate the adult space from that of the children. We provide a garden table and chairs, a pergola, a barbecue, a plancha and Chilean chairs. Nothing is missing for a weekend with family or friends. In Sées, you have the grocery store "Les éleveurs de la Charentonne" which offers excellent products from the region. You will inevitably find your happiness, trust the gourmets😅. And if you love the sea, in 1 hour and 15 minutes by car you will be on the beaches of Cabourg or on a terrace in Honfleur. 😁 Guest access Anything that is not condemned will remain at your disposal.
