This is a shared accommodation with two bedrooms, a common hall, a kitchen, and a washroom. Each bedroom will accommodate two to a maximum of three guests. The kitchen, washroom, and other common areas will be shared among all occupants. Basic kitchen accessories and a washing machine are provided, but guests are responsible for their own groceries and cooking expenses. Any additional usage of amenities beyond what is provided may incur extra charges. Other things to note Per extra unauthorised guest charge 2500₹ day. We have a grocery shop and tiffin services from where you can buy required things extra charges needs to pay. Any friend visit or relatives coming needs to be informed prior to host and other guest maximum time for them to stay is 3 hours more than that there is going to be charged. Make sure not to disturb others privacy. Any damaged amenities is going to be charged. You need to buy drinking water from outside you can take monthly package or can pay monthly to them you can get it 20liters for 30₹-50₹. Electricity bill gets split between all guest and they have to pay. Maintenance of 500₹ per guest needs to pay Cleaning services provided every 2 days on cost of 300₹ twice a day
