In-law apartment 350 meters from the lake

Hello and welcome to our apartment! :) Here you have a newly renovated apartment in 2024/25 in the immediate vicinity of Lake Westensee in front of you and are thus in the middle of the Westensee landscape nature recreation area. From here you can explore the various lakes, forests, mountains (what the North Germans call mountains :D) or manor farms. Throughout the area, there are very well-developed hiking trails, cycling and lake routes. Here you are in the green heart of Schleswig-Holstein. The space The apartment was newly renovated and renovated in 2024/25. It extends on the lowest level of the house and is separated from the rest of the premises, as well as the other outdoor areas used by the owners. The house is on a hillside, so the garden of the apartment goes forward and the owners' garden to the back one level above. It has a separate apartment door and its own front garden with seating, grill and fireplace. The apartment is divided into three areas, with all areas equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen connects with the living and dining area in an open concept, so that despite the hillside location, this area is always flooded with daylight. The modern fitted kitchen offers any amenities you could ask for: induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher, as well as any everyday items from egg cookers to fully automatic coffee machines. In the living area is the cozy sofa, which unfolds into sleeping accommodation for two people. A TV including Magenta TV and private Wi-Fi are also available. The other two areas start from the hallway: the bedroom, as well as the bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a 2.0 x 1.8 m wide bed incl. Reading chair and chest of drawers. The bathroom, just like the entire apartment, is at ground level and leaves nothing to be desired: from the walk-in shower to the heated mirror to the washing machine, everything is available. If desired, bicycles, a cargo bike, stand-up boards or a canoe can be rented on a daily basis. Guest access The apartment is completely at your disposal as guests. You can arrive relaxed at any time via a key safe. There is plenty of parking around the house, but without a roof. Other things to note The space is not available for parties /drinking parties.
