Stairs to first floor: Spacious lounge with high ceilings, Juliet balcony, gas fire, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, two large 3-seater sofas, one 2-seater sofa and coffee tables. Master bedroom with 5ft king bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and hand-held shower, separate walk-in shower, 2 basins and WC. Outside Private tiled patio area with table and chairs for 4 to the rear of the property leading to communal courtyard/small lawns with flower beds. Front of the property leads out to the main estate grounds, including lawns and a lake directly opposite. There are 18 acres of land to explore, including pretty woodland walkways, an orchard, decking area overlooking the lake and extensive lawns. Parking Designated parking for 1 car. Further visitor parking also available around the estate. Other things to note Additional Included: Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels (guests will need to bring their own dog/beach towels), water, electricity, underfloor heating, washing/dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and vacuum cleaner.
