With nearby camping, baseball, and hockey, BelleBay blends comfort, history, and location for the perfect peaceful retreat or adventure-filled getaway. Come experience the charm of our family’s coastal haven! The space BelleBay is a spacious two-level home offering comfort, style, and an unbeatable location. Perched above a 20-foot cliff, it boasts breathtaking sunrise views over Chaleur Bay. With central heating and air conditioning, you'll enjoy year-round comfort. The home offers three bedrooms: a main-floor master with a king-size bed and private ensuite featuring both a tub and a shower. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with two double beds—along with a second full bathroom with a shower. A full-size laundry room, complete with a washbasin and toilet, adds to the convenience. You’ll also have access to a private attached indoor garage—not used for parking, but thoughtfully set up as a cozy retreat from the sea breeze, perfect for indoor games, a morning coffee, or a relaxing drink in the evening. It’s one of the home’s favorite gathering spots. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for home-cooked meals. The living room includes a beautiful leather couch, cozy chairs, and a large TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Outside, enjoy a eating area with BBQ, a backyard and a cozy outdoor fireplace—perfect for winding down your evenings under the stars. Everything you need for a peaceful, scenic coastal retreat is right here. Guest access Guests will have full access to the main and upper floors of the home, including all living spaces, the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, the garage, and the backyard. The basement houses the mechanical systems (heating, cooling, electrical panels) and is not part of the standard guest area. However, for longer stays or upon request, the basement can be made accessible for storage purposes if needed. While it is not generally required due to ample space in other areas of the house, we're happy to accommodate reasonable requests.
