The lake is 100 m away, 15 minutes' walk is the Störesjön, very quiet location. Skullaryd Älgpark, Natinonalpark Store Mosse, Skurugata, Astrid Lindgren Värld, High Chaparral - Westernstadt, Kleva Gruva (former copper and nickel mine) are all nearby and worth a visit. ICA, pharmacy, Vardcentral in the village. The nearest cities are Nässjö, Eksjö and Jöngköping, all of which are also easily accessible by train. The train is about a 15-minute walk.
