Cosy cottage in the countryside

This is a secluded cottage in a private location with lots of space to relax in the beautiful Blackdown Hills. Built in the 19 century, it has a rustic feel but has all the necessary mod cons. An easy 20 minutes to beaches and nearby country pubs, plenty of walks available or just cosy up by the fire. This is a peaceful place to unwind, surrounded by nature. You might encounter some deer, hedgehogs and barn owls if you are quiet! The space Ground Floor: Galley kitchen, Small utility Toilet Dining area Living room with large fireplace Upstairs: Master bedroom with super king bed Small room off of the master bedroom that has a cot bed (you have to walk through this room to get to the master bedroom) Bathroom Bunk-bed room Bedroom with a double bed Shower room Garden: Swing for children Playhouse Trampoline Shed with garden furniture and toys (Please put back after use) Outside table BBQ Small trickling stream at the bottom of the garden Pond (fenced off) Guest Access: Entire home and garden Other things to note: As this is our private home away from home, We hope guests will appreciate it as much as we do. Please take care of it and have an enjoyable and relaxing time away from the crowd! Other things to note -Please handle all things with care and leave them in the same condition you find them -If something breaks or is damaged please let us know as soon as possible. -Bed sheets and towels are included. Please let us know if you require any more during your stay. -We would appreciate it if you kindly leave any used bed sheets and towels in a pile at the bottom of the stairs when you leave. Thank you. Please be aware that the lane to the property is small and very bumpy.
