Separate room

We run a municipal pub/restaurant and we have a spacious apartment upstairs. We offer one room, a separate entrance, the possibility of meals starting with breakfast. Parking by the house, fenced garden with fireplace, barbecue. Bicycle path 300m from the house, swimming in the pond 500m, outdoor swimming pool 3km. Train station 300m from the house but you will not hear the train in the apartment. Tourist locations - Lnáře Castle 3km, Blatná Castle 5km, Chanovice Open Air Museum 10km etc. The space The entrance to the house is from the garden, the hallway of the house is shared. The room is located on the first floor, it has a separate entrance from the hallway. There is a shared toilet and bathroom in the hallway (by prior arrangement, it is possible to have a separate bathroom and toilet). The disadvantage of the house is the weak WIFI signal throughout the residential part of the house. The signal is on the ground floor and in the restaurant. Guest access Guests have access to the house from the garden, have a private room for themselves and share a hallway, toilet and bathroom on the first floor. There is a separate bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. There is a restaurant in front of the house and it is possible to book breakfast or dinner or lunch. The garden is being renovated this summer, but it is possible to use the fireplace here, there is an outdoor gazebo in front of the house. During your stay If you are looking for us and we are not on the phone, you will definitely find us in the restaurant (front of the house). If we don't pick up the phone, we probably have guests. There's always someone in the family in the pub when it's open. Other things to note Tips for walks: There are nice walks and bike rides around the ponds, a few meters from the house there is an old fortress or CHKO - a bird nesting place. There are several trips around our village and we will give you a specific tip upon arrival, we also have maps.
