Ideal location for visiting Genoa. Top security and hygiene. Newly renovated flat within an early 20th century building in the quiet residential area of Castelletto, but only 10 minutes walk to the Old Port and the Aquarium. The space We are Silvia and Michele and we welcome you in Rosso Magenta! Our flat is on the 5th floor, with elevator, of an early 20th century elegant building. It is extremely bright and from our balcony you can enjoy a splendid view of Genoa city centre with also a glimpse of the sea. The house is located in a strategic position to visit Genoa, within walking distance from the centre, but in a very nice, green and quiet area. The bedroom and the living room are both equipped with a convertible double bed, i.e. a sofa that easily converts into a bed (not a normal sofa bed). They are very comfortable, we tested them personally. The kitchen has all that you need to make excellent dishes (Michele is a Chef ...): oven, small appliances, microwave, dishwasher etc. ... We left you a basic kit for breakfast and some products available if you want to cook something. The flat has just been renovated by us with love and creativity to make it a unique place. You will breathe the air of distant worlds: we are great travellers, we furnished the house with objects from many countries we visited and that you can discover in the large map of the world hanging in the living room. Guest access Michele and I live in Padua, so the whole flat will be for you, but we will always keep in contact to give you all the explanations and tips for a good stay in Genoa! Other things to note PARKING - Parking in our street is free, but park only in the first part of the climb otherwise you risk a fine. - At the end of our street there is a gate of Deledda school. Do not park inside because it is a private area and the gate closes without a clear schedule. - In the other "blue areas" close to home the pay parking is in effect from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. and the cost is around € 2/hour.
