The apartments on the Almberg are centrally located in Mitterfirmiansreut, just 50 m from the village square and the ticket office for ski passes. On the ground floor there is a sauna (included) and a room for ski boots. In winter: Mitterdorf ski center, ski rental and lift tickets only 50 m away, FIS departure and ski lifts 200 m away. The Hochficht ski resort is 35 km away. Summer: Hiking trails, national park, swimming lake and excursions to Passau and the Czech Republic. Gastronomy on site. The space The 45 sqm apartment and the approx. 10 sqm balcony have been lovingly renovated in recent months. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. The apartment is divided into a hallway with a wardrobe, a small bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a Raindancer, a living and dining area including a fitted kitchen and a separate bedroom with access to the balcony. The dining table, two chairs and a modern leather bench offer plenty of space for at least four people. The cozy 1.80 m wide corduroy couch invites you to sit and lie down, but can also be used as a sofa bed for two people. An adjustable flat-screen TV with different streaming services is also available. The brand new kitchenette is fully equipped with an AEG induction stove and the corresponding oven. In the completely renovated bathroom there is a shower with Raindancer, toilet, sink, built-in radio and hairdryer. The balcony has been provided with a natural covering of thermal ash, which is also ideal for walking barefoot in summer. Two rope chairs offer the possibility to let your gaze wander into the untouched distance of the Czech Republic. There are screens on the windows. In the living area, the two windows can be darkened as required with modern curtains and pleated blinds or with the wooden shutters installed outside. In the bedroom there is a comfortable 180 x 200 cm box spring bed made of cozy cord, rustic bedside tables with reading lamps and another streaming flat-screen TV. An illuminated 200 cm high cabinet offers enough space for clothes (in winter also for ski clothes). Enough space for a children's travel bed is also available (can be provided free of charge on request). A small desk offers space for paperwork.
