Apartment Kajža at Vila Kobdilj 1835 is a cozy, private apartment located in a renovated stone outbuilding of the homestead. Designed for comfort and independence, it features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a private wooden terrace for outdoor dining or relaxing. Unlike the rooms in the main villa, Kajža includes a television with Netflix access – ideal for an evening in after a day of exploring the Karst. Guests access the villa’s inner courtyard. The space Apartment Kajža is set across two levels: Ground floor: – a large, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine – a dining area with a wooden table and seating for four – a living room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed – a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink – TV with Netflix access, air conditioning, and heating Upper level (mansard): – an open-plan bedroom with a double bed under the sloped ceiling – skylights that fill the space with natural light Outdoors: – a private wooden terrace with seating – access to the shared inner courtyard and outdoor summer kitchen Guest access Guests have full private access to the apartment and terrace. Shared spaces include the villa’s inner courtyard and outdoor kitchen. Other things to note Breakfast with prior reservation made the evening before is available at the Grad Štanjel Restaurant, located a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from the villa. Orders can be placed by phone which is shared after the accommodation is booked. The price is €20 per person and breakfast is available between 9:00 and 11:00. Two bicycles are available for guests wishing to discover the surrounding villages, vineyards and quiet country roads. Cycling routes start directly from the property, making it easy to explore the landscape at your own pace and venture beyond the usual tourist paths. Rental fee: €15 per bicycle per day. Electric vehicle charging available directly at the property (€15 per charging session). Guests using the EV charger may park in the dedicated space directly in front of the homestead.
