While the house and the garage do not touch, there is a shared porch. Please note, the apartment is on the second floor (above the garage). There is no elevator. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment and attached deck. They can use the right side of the driveway and the pond. Other things to note There is one queen bed in the bedroom. The living room couch pulls out to an additional queen bed.
