The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, while the downstairs bedrooms include a double bed, 2 single beds, and a bunk with an upper bunk (3 singles). Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. The main bathroom downstairs includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet, while the upstairs master bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. A convenient powder room is located upstairs. Horizons has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout ensuring year-round comfort, with ceiling fans in the upstairs living area and downstairs lounge room. The upstairs living area is bright and spacious, comprising a lounge room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, with access to the balcony overlooking The Dunes golf course. The kitchen features a gas oven and stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer on the bottom, and a Nespresso coffee machine (guests need to bring standard compatible pods or purchase them locally). Kitchen appliances include a rice maker, kettle, toaster, electric knife, electric beater, and juicer. A large dining table and counter seating provide ample space for meals, while the lounge area has comfortable sofa seating, a large wall-mounted television with a soundbar, and WiFi access for guests. The balcony is perfect for outdoor entertaining, featuring a pizza oven, dining seating, and a lounge area to relax and enjoy the golf course views. The downstairs lounge room offers a dedicated space for relaxation and play, featuring a large lounge and armchair, a wall-mounted television, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and an impressive range of indoor games. ABOUT YOUR BOOKING AND YOUR HOST, COUNTRY GETAWAYS HOLIDAY RENTALS: The Country Getaways Holiday Rentals office is located in Maitland (South Australia) and is open is 9am- 4pm Monday to Friday. As part of making your booking, you agree to the terms & conditions of stay. Country Getaways Holiday Rentals will require credit card details after making your booking and prior to key details being given. **Please note that a refundable security bond (called a security deposit by Airbnb), which is minimum $300 is payable direct to the host (by credit or debit card only) before access to accommodation is granted (which is in line with Airbnb hosting policies for API connected listings.) The office is contactable via phone or email, for information regarding your booking. Bonds are refunded within 14 business days of departure, and following the report from the cleaner. Alternatively, Country Getaways has an after-hours support number available for guests that require immediate assistance. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: All properties are fully self-contained; however personal requirements and consumables are not supplied. Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay. Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
