Mount Compass 1/2 House

Mount Compass is a beautiful quiet country town nestled in the heart of The Fleurieu Peninsula. Stunning beaches, parks and wineries all within a short drive. Experience the country lifestyle only one hour drive from Adelaide City central. A family home with access to the local playground, skate park and basketball court. Stay, relax and enjoy the serenity or go out to explore everything The Fleurieu has to offer. Your host Lynette is more than happy to guide you on a great tour of SA. The space Main Bedroom has king size bed, TV, sitting chair and wardrobe with ensuite bathroom consisting of shower and toilet. Ensuite to be shared with bedroom 2. Main bedroom has rear sliding door to access outdoor area with small dining table and out door umbrella if shade needed. You may hear our chickens cluck and our resident border collie Marlin may like to say hello with your permission. He is a ball fetching fanatic! Bedroom two has double bed, TV , robe and a 2 seat sofa. Both rooms can access the laundry/kitchenette which consists of a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Guest access Guests are welcome to join our family in the main living area, formal lounge and separate games room which has a Thomas The Tank train table, board games, TV, XBox and Wii. During your stay Feel free to join us in the home for meals or a chat when we are home but if help is needed while we are away, Lynette and her sons are only a txt or phone call away. Other things to note Public transport to Mount Compass is very limited so having your own vehicle/transport will make getting to and from the property a lot easier. Reach out to Lynette if you have any questions. Access to enter the property is down the side of the house past a hot water service tank. If access may be an issue, as it is a narrow pathway, please reach out to Lynette for another arrangement to enter the premises. We are strictly a NO PARTY HOUSE as it is a family home environment. It is a smoke/drug/ vape free home. We have two chickens at the rear of the property and our dog Marlin on site so we are unable to have other pets at the property. Marlin is an outside dog who sometimes comes into the main living area if the weather is extreme or for a quick hello and cuddle. Marlin is not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
