Relax with your family or friends in this quiet place. The little house is located 2km from downtown Oxapampa. It is totally independent. In this ad we offer the rental of the first floor of the property. The space If you're traveling with small children, you can request a crib and a baby high chair. Ask the host. Guest access *House Rules* It is totally forbidden to remove furniture from the house (chairs, tables, benches, sofas or others) to be used outdoors. It is forbidden to change the location of the furniture, exchange objects, equipment, household appliances and utensils between the different rooms of the property. The use of the spaces: House, patio, garage and grill area are exclusively for guests. The entry of outsiders is prohibited. Avoid noise after 10:00 pm. Pets are forbidden on the entire property. The area that is rented is only the area fenced with the house. It is forbidden to transit through neighboring properties. Also avoid photographing neighboring properties. Other things to note *General rules for the use of the Grill Area* The grill area is only available between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm after coordinating with the host. (Additional cost for the use of this space) 1. It is strictly forbidden to invite outsiders to any area of the house. The use of the spaces is unique and exclusive for guests. 2. Do not remove chairs, tables, utensils, kitchenware, or other items from the house to be used outdoors (Gardens or grill area). 3. Clean the grill area after each use, including the grill, tables, and floor. 4. Ensure that the grill area is free of obstacles and hazards, especially for children. 5. Respect the space that has utensils, kitchenware and furniture exclusively for use in this area. 6. Use suitable utensils to handle food on the grill. 7. Respect the established schedules for the use of the grill area (9 am - 10 pm) 8. Maintain a reasonable noise level to avoid disturbing the other guests. 9. Collect and dispose of the waste generated. Use the bins and containers appropriately according to the type of waste. The bins are labeled.
