Sauna w/ light therapy Cozy home

Unwind and use the cozy relaxing New heat sauna with healing light therapy, 45 minutes to Willamette Pass skiing/snowboarding/mountain biking/ lake 5 minutes away/... a perfect mix of adventure and tranquility. You can hear the river from the back of the house, might be able to see parts. We plan to clear some trees soon. The property is along the Willamette River. Other things to note *Management fee of 8% is an airbnb fee. We are now getting charged 16% on every booking from airbnb. They used to break it down so guests see they pay half and we pay half and now they do not show the breakdown. We like being transparent and want guests to understand the fees involved.
