Book your stay today and experience serenity in the countryside! The space Welcome to this cozy and newly furnished retreat, designed with your comfort in mind. This is a basement 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space that has recently been finished as a private apartment. Relax on the comfy couch with your family where you can unwind watching your favorites on our 70 inch TV. This couch also includes a pullout mattress for extra guests. Gather around the dining table for four or enjoy a drink at the bar with five stools. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need, including a coffee bar to kickstart your mornings. In Bedroom 1, you'll find a king bed, comfortable linens, a safe for your valuables, and a massage chair to help you unwind after a day of adventures. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a toilet closet and a shower. The main bathroom offers a relaxing tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms offer a starter shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and toothbrush. Stay warm and cozy throughout your visit with space heaters in every room, ensuring your comfort no matter the weather. The washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are available for your use, with detergent provided, making laundry easy during your stay. For families, we understand the little ones have their own needs. A highchair and Pack ‘n Play are available upon request. We also welcome furry friends! We provide food and water bowls, along with dog treats to make your pets feel at home. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged, from the comfortable linens to the fully stocked amenities, to ensure a relaxing and convenient stay for everyone. Guest access Guests will have private access through a separate entrance, leading down a flight of stairs to their own spacious and secluded living area. They’ll also have access to the backyard, where a dedicated dog run provides a perfect space for furry friends to play. Other things to note PET POLICY: We’re happy to welcome your well-behaved, HOUSE TRAINED and NON-SHEDDING dogs! Sorry, no cats allowed due to allergy concerns. To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests (two- and four-legged!), we kindly ask that you follow these pet guidelines during your stay: Designated Pet Area: Pets should stay within the dog run area located right in front of the parking area. We've included photos in the listing to help you identify the space easily. Restricted Areas: For the safety of your pets and our animals, please do not take pets into the main yard, near the barn, or around our horses. Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended at any time, indoors or outdoors. Breeds: We welcome any non-shedding, non-aggressive breed of dog. Clean-Up: Please clean up after your pet to help us keep the space enjoyable for everyone. A $25 fee will be charged if we find accidents on carpets or furniture, or if there's dog hair in the bedrooms or on furniture. Pet Fee: There is a $20/night per pet fee. This helps cover the extra cleaning and maintenance to keep the space pet-friendly. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a pet-friendly space that works for everyone. We’re so glad to have you and your pets with us! RVs and/or HORSES: Our property offers convenient RV hookups with electric and water connections. For guests traveling with horses, we provide a designated area for corralling and stabling, along with access to a feeding and watering station.
