The space Welcome to this cozy and newly furnished retreat, designed with your comfort in mind. This is a basement 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space that has recently been finished as a private apartment. Relax on the comfy couch with your family where you can unwind watching your favorites on our 70 inch TV. This couch also includes a pullout mattress for extra guests. Gather around the dining table for four or enjoy a drink at the bar with five stools. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need, including a coffee bar to kickstart your mornings. In Bedroom 1, you'll find a king bed, comfortable linens, a safe for your valuables, and a massage chair to help you unwind after a day of adventures. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a toilet closet and a shower. The main bathroom offers a relaxing tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms offer a starter shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and toothbrush. Stay warm and cozy throughout your visit with space heaters in every room, ensuring your comfort no matter the weather. The washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are available for your use, with detergent provided, making laundry easy during your stay. For families, we understand the little ones have their own needs. A highchair and Pack ‘n Play are available upon request. Just let us know! Every detail is thoughtfully arranged, from the comfortable linens to the fully stocked amenities, to ensure a relaxing and convenient stay for everyone. Guest access Guests will enjoy private access through a separate entrance, which leads down a flight of stairs to their own spacious and secluded living area. This setup offers both privacy and comfort, making it easy to come and go as you please. You’ll also have access to the backyard, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Feel free to pick fresh herbs to elevate your meals or fire up the BBQ grill for a laid-back outdoor dining experience. Other things to note RVs & Horses: At The Refined Ranch, we’re pleased to offer convenient RV hookups with electric and water connections for a comfortable stay. Guests traveling with horses will find thoughtfully designated areas for corralling and stabling, along with access to feeding and watering stations.
