Pleasant small independent house of 50 m² with garden. Located in a peaceful village with bakery, butcher, bar, grocery store and pharmacy. Located 25 min from Angoulême, 15 min from Ruffec, 1 hour from Futuroscope and Vallée des Singes and 1 hour 45 min from Royan. The space On the ground floor: - a living room with an equipped kitchen area (microwave, dishwasher, Senseo) Upstairs: - a bathroom with shower and toilet - one bedroom with two single beds - one bedroom with a 140*190 bed (mezzanine) (Sheets not provided) Outside: - a private garden and a courtyard We have a baby bed and high chair if needed.
