Welcome to our charming bed & breakfast, located in an 1831 historic house completely renovated to bring it back to its ancient splendor. The property offers several rooms, including "Nino Manfredi" and "Marcello Mastroianni", both located on the 2nd floor. To access the rooms, a first flight of stairs leads you through the shared kitchen, followed by a short second flight. The "Nino Manfredi" room is the first one you will encounter along the short entrance corridor, while "Marcello Mastroianni" offers a view of the quiet street in front of the property. Both rooms have a view of the street, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The space It is one of three rooms available to guests, all equipped with a very modern underfloor heating system and air conditioning. The relaxing living area, located on the 1st floor, is the perfect place to relax, offering a sofa bed, a breakfast table, and a coffee, cappuccino, barley, tea, and ginseng machine. A fridge service is also available to store guests' food. For families, upon request, a cot can be added for small guests at a cost of €20/night, charged at the time of booking for a third guest. For families of two adults and two children, we offer the possibility for the youngest child to share the main bed with the parents, in addition to the extra bed. Guests can request the use of the fully equipped kitchen, located on the 1st floor. In addition, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub is available for a totally relaxing experience, also on the 1st floor, at a cost of €20/session. We can accommodate them as long as they are small and independent. We are not equipped to provide food or dishes for them, but for any particular questions about it, you can write and ask.
