Charming guest house on the edge of the forest in an alpine location

Our farm is located in a secluded location on a slope to the west at 800 meters above sea level, surrounded by its own meadows, pastures and forests. There is peace and solitude here. The space The ensemble of the courtyard buildings is characterized by the fact that the almost 400-year-old main house was not replaced by a modern house, but instead lovingly renovated. The same applies to the separate guest house and the stable building. Our guest house consists of a living room with kitchen (with dishwasher) and stove central heating, a bathroom (with bathtub, underfloor heating and washing machine) and an anteroom on the ground floor and a bedroom with four beds and a crib (without metal parts, green earth) on the upper floor. Directly in front of the guest house there is an east-facing terrace (with wooden floor) where you can have a great breakfast. A large terrace to the south and another terrace to the west are also available. The guest house has been ambitiously renovated and is fully equipped with quality furnishings (e.g. down duvets and pillows and porcelain dishes). We ask for careful handling. Heating is provided by a thermal solar system and with wood in a modern stove with buffer storage. Firewood is stored in front of the house. Guests are allowed to heat themselves. The house is suitable for winter. Our access road (about 500 m) is gravel and requires all-wheel drive or snow chains in snowy conditions! Guest access Guest house for your own use With us you can get out of the stress of everyday life, recharge your batteries, enjoy fresh forest air, think, work in peace, read, write, work artistically or do nothing. You can do this alone, in pairs, in threes, in fours or in fives. The furnishings (four beds plus a crib) also allow a stay with small children. The guest house is part of an organic farm. Sheep, lambs, goats and fawns graze near the farm. Chickens roam freely in the chicken coop (and deliver fresh eggs). Ducks inhabit a small pond. Cats do their mouse work around the barn. The meadows and pastures of agriculture are surrounded by forest, which invites you to stroll and hike in the forest. You can hike directly from the farm to the Stanglalm or visit the alpine wind farm Hochpürschtling. A forest stream (Bärenbach) flows not far from the farm. This allows children to splash in the cool forest stream. In the center of Stanz (about 4 km from our farm) there is a large swimming pond that invites you to swim in summer. On the Schanzsattler (1,100 m above sea level), 7 minutes away by car, there is a children's ski lift (ideal for children in their first years on skis), which allows children's ski trips in winter. In winter, you can also go bobsledding or tobogganing on the farm's own meadow in snowy conditions. Forest roads also allow for longer toboggan rides. We charge EUR 35 per person per night, but at least EUR 70 per night, plus a final cleaning of EUR 100.
