The space This property has just been updated, It has 3 bedrooms 2 baths , Primary walk in Shower,other tubs/shower combo, split floor plan. Cozy electric fireplace in the livingroom to enjoy while watching you favorite show on smart tv, wifi available .You will find an extra mud room/ anything room with electric fireplace and a Weber grill. Please move it outside before lighting! This manufactured home sits on 80 acres of beautiful wooded ridge with natural grass down front , there is a pond in the pasture. Please don't go up on the hill it's very steep. Watch the deer and turkeys right from the windows or enjoy them from the front deck. The deer come out late in the afternoons, and come back up to the woods early morning they are so fun to watch. Come enjoy the peace and quiet of this little gem. Guest access You may use the whole manufactured home and the mud room area, around the house only and the shelter that is open to put thing under out of the weather, Cant park under it. Please don't go out in the pasture or up in the woods . That is leased and used by another party. Other things to note We have rules we ask you to abide by, there will be no Illegal activity will be permitted , with will immediately require you to leave. Please treat the home with respect and leave it in reasonably clean condition. Take the grill outside away from the house to cook. Cleaning Standard cleaning is included with your stay. If the property requires excessive cleaning due to mud, trash, stains, food, or other abnormal conditions, additional cleaning fees may be charged. Damage Responsibility Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or appliances during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged through the booking platform. Furniture Please do not move furniture, as it can damage floors. Shoes & Mud Please remove muddy boots and shoes in the mud room to keep the home clean. Work Crews Work crews and contractors are welcome. Please avoid bringing excessive dirt, grease, or debris inside. Work Crews & Responsibility Work crews are welcome. The booking guest must remain responsible for the property and may not leave unregistered guests at the home. The property may not be used as a gathering place for additional crew members who are not included in the reservation Excessive Dirt or Debris Please remove muddy boots before entering the home. Excessive dirt, grease, trash, or debris that requires additional cleaning beyond normal turnover may result in additional cleaning charges. Children and Teen supervision Children and Teenagers under the age of 18 may NOT be left at the property with a responsible adult present. The booking Guest must remain responsible for all guest during the stay Hunting Guests Hunters are welcome, but please do not clean game or animals inside the home. NO HUNTING ON PROPERTY Hunting is NOT PERMITTED anywhere on the property., including pasture, hillside or surrounding . this is a private Residence and NOT A HUNTING LOCATION Pets We welcome your pet, we ask you to kennel them when you are not with them or put them in the mud room. Please don't let them on the beds or furniture. Smoking & Drugs No smoking or illegal drugs are allowed inside the home. Parking Parking for trucks and trailers is allowed. Please avoid driving on the lawn when the ground is wet. PLEASE STAY WITHIN DESIGNATED AREA AROUND THE HOUSE PLEASE DON'T GO IN THE PASTURE OR UP THE HILL FOR SAFETY AND LIBILITY REASONS
