Quiet lakeside neighborhood, close HWY 45 access to Conroe, Huntsville, The Woodlands, Montgomery. 3.5 miles from Lake Conroe, a block away from Arrowhead Lake to canoe and/or fishing. Great for remote workers, & friendly young dog lives here. Shared home, private room upstairs with a full bed, a desk with chair, a reading chair, a closet, TV with AppleTV to access your favorite streaming apps, and 1 shared bath. Downstairs: Shared kitchen, living room, half bath, washer/dryer, fridge, backyard The space Private room with 1 comfortable bed and a TV, with AppleTV device. You also have shared access to everything in the kitchen, laundry on-site, living room, and outdoor spaces. High speed WiFi makes working remotely in a quiet area easy! Guest access Living room, kitchen, laundry room, backyard (if you like the dog), and 1.5 shared bathrooms. During your stay I will share my number with you when the booking is confirmed. I can be reached by calling or text. I often cannot answer a phone call, but I will call back as quickly as I’m able to. I am in and out of the house frequently. I can be as sociable as you’d like (including complete ghost-mode if you prefer!)
