🛌 Your temporary home This gradually renovated apartment is close to the center – ideal for all those who want to discover Braunschweig in a relaxed way or have business here. Downtown is about a 15-minute walk – or you can easily use the free women's bike at your disposal. The apartment is practical, pleasant and fully equipped – with a kitchen, fast fiber optic Wi-Fi, a much-praised bed and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Also suitable for business stays, training or longer bookings – with advantages that a hotel often does not offer. The amenities reliably cover everyday life. If you are missing something or don't like something, please let us know directly during your stay. I am uncomplicated, helpful – and happy to take care of things. If you can live with the fact that not everything is perfectly renovated yet – and you like the style – I am delighted about your booking. ⸻ 📍 Location & access • The apartment is located in an apartment building, approx. 15 minutes' walk from downtown. • Direct bus connection with the ring bus from the central train station to the apartment – without changing trains. • Highway nearby, free parking is possible on the street (there are no fixed parking spaces – parking is where there is space). ⸻ 🛒 Shopping in the immediate vicinity • PENNY (newly renovated): 350 m • REWE: 500 m • LIDL: 600 m Everything is within walking distance. ⸻ 🚴‍♀️ For bicycle lovers Braunschweig is a real bicycle city. Just a few meters away is the popular ring track – an approx. 19 km long, fully developed circuit through the city. I will be happy to provide you with a women's bicycle free of charge. The apartment is well maintained – but if you expect perfection like in a 5-star hotel, you may be better off elsewhere. Please read through in advance. ⸻ 💬 My goal I myself am regularly on the road as a guest via Airbnb and try to implement what is personally important to me here: A comfortable mattress, a kitchen to feel good and an uncomplicated host who accepts criticism. Everything doesn't have to be perfect - but cozy, with character and its own style. I want to offer you a fair, well-equipped accommodation with a good price-performance ratio – and I am happy if you like style and equipment as much as I do. Please take a moment to read them in full. • Non-smoking apartment - No smoking inside the apartment. • No parties, no pets, not suitable for children. • Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is available throughout your stay. ⸻ 🧹 About cleanliness I personally clean the apartment after each stay, usually during my work break - this takes about 45-60 minutes. Nevertheless, I deliberately do not charge a separate cleaning fee, as many hosts do (often €20-30). If you notice anything: Please let me know directly, I will gladly follow up.
