Other things to note Our duplex is a standalone unit with its own electric meter, dedicated to your use. As summer approaches, electricity consumption increases significantly, making it challenging to cover costs with minimal fees. To address this, we've implemented a usage-based billing system, where you'll pay for your actual electricity consumption. This is a 'use and pay' arrangement, with no markup or profit for us. You'll be charged ₹8 per unit, which is the same rate we pay to the electricity board. To ensure accurate billing, please take a photo of the meter reading during check-in and check-out and share it with us. The electric bill will be settled separately.
