Welcome to Chateaugiron, a small historic and dynamic town 15 km from Rennes. House of about 120 m2 with the charm of the old and a nice capacity of 10 people thanks to 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 3 bunk beds), a relaxation/games area, 2 bathrooms/toilets, a large kitchen/dining room. Ideal for families, groups of friends, seminars, etc.! Note: This house is semi-detached with the owners, non-smoking, and no pets allowed. Thank you! The space On the ground floor, you can access independently through the small garden directly into the dining room with a beautiful open equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor, you will find the 1st bedroom "Belle île" which consists of a 140 cm double bed and a bunk bed, as well as the 2nd bedroom "Brocéliande" which consists of 2 bunk beds. On this floor you will find a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet. On the 2nd floor, the 3rd bedroom "Ouessant" consists of a 160 cm double bed and a private bathroom with toilet. There is also a large relaxation room, with a sofa bed, mattress, coffee table, games for children, etc. Each room is equipped with storage. A washing machine is also available on the ground floor. Possibility to add a baby crib on request and extra beds for children. Wifi accessible. A small private outdoor area with a large table will allow you to enjoy the Breton sun😊. Access also to the large garden shared with the owners (and our 2 chickens that walk freely!). Self check-in/check-out possible with lockbox. ---------------- Located in a very quiet village, 5 minutes by car (or 10 minutes by bike) from the historic center of Chateaugiron with its castle and very beautiful pond for walks, but also its local shops: bakery, butcher/delicatessen, tobacco shop, pharmacy. You can also walk to the Inoxia Aquatic Center/Swimming Pool and Chateaugiron Skatepark in less than 15 minutes. Also located 5 minutes from the HyperU center (with clothing stores, gardening, action...) as well as a bar "Auprès de Ma blonde" with a very good atmosphere all week. Finally, you are 15 minutes by car from the Rennes metro (Parc Relais La Poterie) and 1 hour from the sea with Saint-Malo, 1 hour from Mont Saint-Michel or the Brocéliande forest, and 1 hour 30 minutes from Vannes or Nantes.
