This is a newly built private villa along the Sunset Line on the west coast of Awaji Island.Spacious 3LDK space that can accommodate up to 10 people.The magical scenery of the ocean spreading out in front of you and the setting sun will melt your heart. The blue-toned interior creates an open atmosphere reminiscent of a tropical resort.The large living room windows offer a view of the sea that changes expression from moment to moment, as if time were passing slowly. It is also complete with a jacuzzi that can be enjoyed while feeling the comfortable sea breeze.Forget about your daily routine and have a great relaxing time. You can also have a barbecue on the balcony.Barbecues with ocean views are exceptional.Enjoy a moment of delicious food and fun conversation with friends and family. Other things to note Parking is also available on the premises of the facility and in the back (on the mountain side). Please use the back parking lot because the parking lot has a high step and low-riding vehicles may scrape the bottom. Also, please be careful as the ceiling height is a little low. Also, please pay special attention to the car that has been attached to the aero. No smoking in the whole building (only outside, smoking is allowed). Please bring your own seasonings and food and drinks. Generally, a 3-hour cleaning fee is included. Separate cleaning costs depending on usage We may need to charge you. Please note that there will be no cleaning and sheet change for consecutive nights. You can use the garden until 21:00.Please stay indoors after 9 pm.
