Thoughtfully designed and nestled amongst a lush, private garden- The Bungalow can sleep 4-6 people (additional cost for more than 4) and is a short distance from South Fremantle and the beach. The space BEDROOMS- The Bungalow has two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a single bed, small cupboard/drawers for clothes, wall fan and dimmable lighting. Each of these rooms has a single trundle bed available as an add on. One of these bedrooms has sliding door access to a small deck featuring an outdoor bath and shower nestled amongst the garden. The main bedroom is upstairs in an open mezzanine/loft. Featuring a large King size bed, ample drawers, arm chair and tree top views. BATHROOM- The Bungalow bathroom features a shower, toilet and vanity. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. A second shower and outdoor bath is located on one of the outdoor decks surrounded by tropical plants so you can bathe under the stars. KITCHEN- The Bungalow kitchen is fully equipped and includes a toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, full sized fridge and oven/stove top. Featuring a breakfast bar and windows out to the garden. Kitchen essentials like salt/ pepper, oil and local Fremantle roasted coffee are also included. LIVING SPACE- The central living space in The Bungalow features a round dining table that seats 4, a piano, 3 seater chaise lounge and wall mounted TV. High ceilings, plant filled and plenty of light. OUTDOOR SPACE- A small tree filled courtyard featuring 2 sun lounges is located at the front of The Bungalow. The main outdoor space is to the side of the house with access from one of the bedrooms and the main living space. Featuring a beautiful, lush garden, outdoor bath/shower and dining table. THE AREA- The Bungalow is located in Hamilton Hill. A short walk up the road is the beautiful Manning Park/lake and surrounding bushland. Perfect for a walk, picnic or tackle the Manning park stairs for a view of the ocean that’s worth the effort. South Fremantle and South Beach are an 8 minute drive, 30 min walk or 10 minute ride away! South Fremantle is home to an eclectic range of cafes, bars and restaurants including the renowned La Cabaña- Bar and Taqueria and Madalena’s- seafood restaurant. South Beach is a beautiful protected beach perfect for a swim or beach stroll. Guest access The Bungalow is located at the rear of the property, access through the side gate. A few stairs are present on the path to the front door. There is one car parking space available to The Bungalow guests with more street parking down the street opposite the property. Other things to note The Bungalow is surrounded on three sides by neighbours so please be respectful and conscious of noise levels. **This is not a property suitable for parties but rather a space for a quiet retreat and a home away from home.
