The space The villa is equipped with a heat pump providing underfloor heating in winter and air conditioning by a liquid cooling system in summer. The villa is also equipped with large frames with mosquito nets and electric shutters. The floors are covered with large tiles and the high ceilings are wooden and beamed in the purest Cretan style. Villa interior: - The Villa is composed of: - On the ground floor you will find a large living room with an open fireplace, a large sofa, a dining area, a spacious fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, microwave, etc.), two bedrooms each with a double bed of 160 cm, a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. In the garden, natural spaces have been preserved and many trees have been planted: fruit trees, olive trees, palm trees... in order to restore the natural environment and create a typical and colorful Cretan landscape. - A pétanque court and bocce ball games await you in the shade of the olive trees. - In front of the house, there is a large relaxation area of more than 250 m²: summer lounge, barbecue and dining area, pool area with deckchairs. The pool is infinity and measures 10 x 4 m, the maximum depth is 170 cm.
