The space 🌿 La Grange Located at the back of the property, La Grange is a spacious and warm cottage, completely renovated in a loft style with exposed stones and beams. It offers a large private 800 m² garden at the back, perfect for enjoying the beautiful days in peace. The garden is equipped with 4 large wooden tables with benches, a barbecue, and has direct access to the town's playground – a real plus for families with children. 🪑 A friendly space for your meals The 60 m² ground floor, in an open space with 4 meters under the ceiling, is ideal for meeting with family, friends or colleagues. 💼 Seminar equipment Projection screen Magnetic flipchart High-speed WiFi A perfect setting to organize your residential seminars or work days in the countryside. 🍽️ Fully equipped open kitchen Glass-ceramic hobs, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle… everything is provided for cooking independently. The dining area has a large sideboard, and the living room has a large comfortable sofa. 🔥 Warm atmosphere The cottage is mainly heated by wood thanks to a fireplace with Alsatian earthenware stove, for an atmosphere that is both warm and authentic. 🛏️ Sleeping arrangements Upstairs: 1 closed family room (25 m²), in exposed stone and timber: → 2 double beds + 1 double sofa bed → Communicating with the bathroom with bathtub and toilet → Equipped with 2 radiators 1 large open mezzanine (without partition), communicating with the bathroom: → 2 double beds 1 second open mezzanine, below, built on stilts above the living room: → 1 double bed 🛑 Note: the mezzanines are open and not partitioned, ideal for groups looking for conviviality and loft atmosphere. Conditions of access to the Jacuzzi: Access to the Jacuzzi is strictly forbidden for children under 12. Adolescents 12 years of age and older are allowed only if accompanied by an adult and under constant supervision for the duration of the session. The jacuzzi is accessible for a maximum of 6 people at a time. The rate is €70 for 2 hours. Other things to note 🟨 Important note for future guests: A former visitor recently left a personal review suggesting that our accommodation would not be suitable for families with young children. We would like to clarify this point. ➡️ Our gîte has been around for over 20 years, and we have happily welcomed hundreds of families, groups of friends, solo travelers or couples — including many parents with young children — who have fully appreciated the space, friendliness and natural setting we offer. It is essential to understand that every experience is subjective: what is suitable for some may not be suitable for others. That's why we insist on carefully reading the listing. It is an open loft, with mezzanines, which favors exchange, light, and a shared lifestyle.
