Modern and spacious villa with large plot, perfect for both relaxation and activities. The house has a total of 8 beds – 5 in the main house and 3 in a separate guest house. Only 100 meters through a small forest is a private jetty by Lake Mälaren, with rowing boat and nice fishing opportunities. There is also a sauna, playhouse, swings, a workplace and a large patio with pavilion. Quiet location in a cozy village, close to the beach and bike trails, but still an easy driving distance to Stockholm and Uppsala. The space In this accommodation there is access to house, guest house, playhouse, storage room and plot of 1600 sqm. The property is located in a secluded village with both summer guests and permanent residents. The area is rural and is close to Lake Mälaren but at the same time it is easy to get to Stockholm C by commuter train from Bålsta or 40 minutes by car to Arlanda and Uppsala. The house is built in 2016 and has 80 sqm on the ground floor as well as a large loft of 40 sqm ( ceiling height at 170 cm). The house has the most common modern amenities and on the lower floor there is cozy kitchen and dining area for 5-6 people. Large living room with high ceilings with room for several people and there is also a workspace and TV. Wood-burning stove is available and there is also an air heat pump for heating or cooling. Two bedrooms are on the lower floor of which one with a double bed ( 160 cm) and the other with a bunk bed (120 cm lower bed and 70 cm upper) Upper level ( loft ) has two beds ( one double bed( 180 cm) and one 110 cm bed. The loft is usually appreciated by slightly older children and is also a recommendation that no younger children sleep there due to loft stairs and windows. There are three beds in a guest house that also has its own terrace and retracted water, maybe for older children or an extra guest? The best space recommendation is to be 5- 6 people max. Note: When renting during the period September 1 to May 1, there is an additional charge for heating the house and sauna, and for any use of the guest house. Compensation as agreed before booking Guest access Access to the house and the property as well as a guest house, a simpler playhouse and an extra tool shed with various utensils, metspin, life jackets, cube games, badminton racket, etc. There is also an outhouse (separett) if the need arises.
